Statistically, Cojones' offense may have been the best at Nationals. Their noteworthy offensive accomplishments include:

Other factors come in, of course. Maybe they felt like they had to prove something in each pool play game, so they played each point as if it were do-or-die. That certainly wasn't our philosophy, which was to score easily or not at all (unless it was late and it was close). But their numbers are pretty impressive.

Their offense on paper wasn't really daunting. They seemed short on handlers, and they weren't as explosive as in past years. Our team wasn't overly worried lining up against them as we were against the NY teams. But their numbers were terrific.
