To solve any further ethics problem, I am pleased to announce
that Death or Glory is planning a Coop (coup) d'tat on the
Coordinating Committe, the Board of Directors and the
Executive Committee. Each member of the team will hold a
position based on laziness, the size of their egos, and where
their girlfriends live. The only UPA official that will keep
his position is Pablo Martinez (the NE RC). We think he's
funny so he gets to keep his position. Just so that
everything's consistent, Pablo will be playing with us in the
fall.

We will be discussing issues both before, during, and after
practices. In fact, we're so dedicated that we'll even call
timeouts during scrimmages to discuss any problems that demand
immediate attention. If you wish to speak to any of the
committees in person, you can find us at TJ's Bar after
practices on Wednesdays for the rest of the summer and on
Thursdays once summer league ends. Each round of beers will
get you 5 minutes of uninterrupted speaking time (unless Joey
doesn't like you in which case he'll head butt you until you
shut up).

I would also like to take this time to announce that the first
action the new regime is the #1 seeded Death or Glory will be
hosting Open Nationals rather than Kentucky (why should we
travel to a tournament we know we're going to win?) The other
seedings will be determined by a formula much too complicated
for the common folks to understand. Besides, why do people
need to know? The only difference it'll make is who we beat
in the semis and finals.

We also plan on developing the lesser respected skills of
ultimate to newer heights. We will be holding weekly seminars
on how to arguing calls, talk trash to piss off your opponent,
spike the disc so it doesn't warp, and how to heckle the team
you're going to play next to get the psychological advantage.

For the outgoing officials, I'm sorry but it has to be this
way. This situation is bigger than you or me.
